Box Tops for Education
Check the groceries you buy from any store for coupons. General Mills’ program is Box Tops for Education. Each coupon clipped is worth 10 cents. Campbell’s program is Labels for Education. Just remove the label off of your favorite soup for redemption. Box tops and soup labels can be brought to the McKinley office for redemption. Every little bit helps.

California Credit Union School Rewards Visa
The CCU 4 Schools Rewards Visa will give 1% of your annual purchases back to the PUSD school of your choice. Schools can earn money for books, computers, supplies, or whatever else is needed to improve learning! In fact, 500 cardholders can generate an average of $30,000 for PUSD schools in just one year (with average annual purchases per cardholders of $6,000). Better still, the card has no annual fee, a very low interest rate, and a generous grace period. Visit the CCU Web site for more information.

e-Scrip
eScrip is probably the easiest way to support McKinley School. Participating business partners contribute a percentage of your grocery store loyalty cards, credit card, and debit/ATM card purchases to the school, group, or organization of your choice. Here is how it works:

• Register any one or all of your existing grocery loyalty (Vons, Pavilions, etc.), debit, or credit cards for use in the program.
• Participating merchants will make contributions to your chosen group, based on purchases made by you, just by using the cards you have registered.
• Your purchases are tracked and available on-line, allowing you to see just how much you are earning on your child’s behalf!

Office Depot

Every time you give McKinley’s 5% Back to Schools ID number when purchasing supplies at Office Depot, McKinley receives credit equal to 5% of the qualifying purchases. You can also designate McKinley School to receive funds via any Office Depot account -- whether you purchase over the phone or on-line. For phone orders, give the service representative the McKinley ID number. For account-based Internet orders, visit the Office Depot Web site and fill out the form as requested. Restaurant Nights
Restaurant nights provide an opportunity to have dinner, meet other McKinley families, and make money for the school. Dinner is hosted at a variety of restaurants in Pasadena. Participants can attend, purchase their meals, and dine with other McKinley families. Participating restaurants donate a portion of the evening’s sales is donated to McKinley School. Watch for flyers in your child’s red folder, which will let you know about upcoming restaurant nights

SchoolPop

Schoolpop has contributed more than $200 million to over 60,000 schools and other nonprofits. The organization recently acquired SchoolCash.com, increasing the number of merchants and creating greater opportunities to support your school of choice. First, visit schoolpop.com to register. Then shop online or offline at select merchants, including the following local merchants: Sears, Wal-Mart, Macy’s, JCPenny, Sak’s Fifth Avenue, Old Navy, and many others. Once you register, every time you make an online purchase at SchoolPop, up to 40% of the purchase price will go back to McKinley School PTA -- at no extra cost to you. Target

Target donates an amount equal to 1% of REDcard (Target Visa and Target Card) purchases made at Target and Target.com, and 1/2% of Target Visa purchases made elsewhere, to the eligible K-12 school of your choice. For some schools, that’s over $10,000 a year. Visit your local Target store, the Target Web site or call 1-800-316-6142 to designate McKinley School as the recipient of your education rewards. Vroman's

Vroman’s Bookstore will return 1% of every purchase to the Pasadena Educational Foundation as part of the "Vroman's Gives Back" community donation program. Vroman's also offers a 20% discount to educators on books purchased for classroom use. Ask about these programs at any Vroman's store.

Washington Mutual
If you bank at Washington Mutual, you can sign-up for WAMOOLA and help support McKinley School PTA. With enrollment in WaMoola for Schools program, your Washington Mutual Visa Check Card purchases benefit McKinley School.
